The Physician Assistant Program at the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University is seeking qualified candidates and candidate nominations for the role of Associate Program Director.

The Associate Program Director will provide administrative leadership, curriculum planning, and consistent curricular decision making for the Physician Assistant Program. This individual will participate with the program director in ongoing evaluation and accreditation activities of the program. The Associate Program Director will have the lead role in mentoring PA faculty.

Candidate Qualifications

  • MS in Physician Assistant Studies with current NCCPA Certification or MD/DO graduate of an accredited medical school with ABMS or AOA specialty board certification.
  • A minimum of 3 years of clinical and teaching experience in a university-based PA program
  • PA Program education leadership experience
  • Experience in program assessment.
  • Inter-professional education curriculum development and implementation experience preferred.
